Woman’s Hospital Recognized by Forbes As one of the Best Midsize Employers in America for the Second Year in a Row
BATON ROUGE, La. - Woman’s Hospital has been named one of America’s Best Midsize Employers for 2025 by Forbes. Woman’s is one of six Louisiana companies listed and the only hospital in our state to earn this recognition. This is the second consecutive year Woman’s has received this award.
The survey asks employees about a variety of factors including whether they would recommend their employer to others, work environment, training programs, and opportunities to advance.

Forbes Best Midsize Employers 2025 were based on an independent survey of over 217,000 employees from various industries within the U.S. that employ more than 1,000 people.

Since opening in 1968, it has welcomed more than 375,000 babies, making it one of the largest delivery services in the country and the largest in Louisiana.
