based on employee satisfaction survey data.
Woman’s Hospital is excited to announce that it has once again been named one of the Best Places to Work by Modern Healthcare, making this the 17th consecutive year to receive this recognition. Woman’s is one of two hospitals in Louisiana to make the list and the only healthcare organization to be recognized every year since the program first started.
“I am immensely proud of the dedication and excellence our team shows every day by providing high quality compassionate care for our patients,” said Woman’s President and CEO Rene Ragas. “We intentionally work to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to make a positive difference as well as encourage our team to share ideas and feedback on how we can better meet their needs. Gauging employee satisfaction is important in healthcare because better engagement leads to better patient outcomes, which is what we are always striving to achieve.”
Each year Modern Healthcare recognizes companies and organizations around the nation that empower employees to provide patients and customers with the best possible care, products, and services.
Modern Healthcare partners with the Workforce Research Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey. Visit womans.org/join-our-team to learn more about working at Woman’s and to view available jobs.
