Woman’s Chief Diversity Officer Renada Deschamp Recognized Nationally

as Top 50 Women Chief Diversity Officers by the organization Women We Admire.
 

Woman’s Hospital is proud to announce that Chief Diversity Officer Renada W. Deschamp, MPA, MCCT, CDE, has been named one of the top 50 women chief diversity officers for 2024 by the nationally recognized organization Women We Admire.
In 2022, Deschamp joined Woman's as the senior vice president of health equity and inclusion/chief diversity officer. She is passionate about her work and positively impacting the quality of talent within organizations. Deschamp is focused on fostering a sense of belonging in the workplace, and helping individuals succeed, achieve their personal goals, and reach their full potential.

Previously, Deschamp was a diversity equity and inclusion integration program manager at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System. She earned both a Master of Public Administration and an undergraduate degree in political science from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.

About Woman’s Hospital

Woman’s is a specialty hospital for women and infants located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Since opening in 1968, it has welcomed more than 375,000 babies, making it one of the largest delivery services in the country and the largest in Louisiana. Additionally, Woman’s operates a level III-S neonatal intensive care unit; this designation allows them to care for infants who are extremely premature, are critically ill or require surgical intervention.
