Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Identify the importance of clinical documentation.
- Identify best practices for documenting clinical procedures and processes.
- Identify potential warning signs in clinical documentation and how to address them.
- Discuss liability risks to avoid associated with clinical documentation.
