Have you been thinking about nursing your new baby, but aren’t quite sure if it is right for you? Join our Breastfeeding Basics class to learn about the benefits of breastfeeding, how to prepare, and the essentials of latching and lactation.

Receive care and support.
We will also discuss the father’s role, breastfeeding pumps and supplies, and how to avoid common problems.

Saturday classes are held 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Special Instructions
- Plan to take this class after the fourth month of pregnancy.
- Participants are encouraged to have a support person join for the class. The fee is per couple.
- If this class is held during your dinner hour, we encourage participants to eat before class or bring snacks to eat during class.
