Body Basics for Girls
This class is for girls 9-12 and a parent/guardian.
What to expect
- Time for “The Talk”
Initiating the talk with your children about puberty and development can be challenging. Woman’s offers Body Basics for Girls to get the conversation started so you and your preteen can continue these important discussions at home.
- Growth and Change
Learning how their bodies grow, what changes to expect during puberty, and how to care of themselves are valuable lessons for young girls as they embark on their journey to adolescence.
- Alot to Learn
The class is open to girls ages 9-12 and includes informal, open discussions, a film presentation, and take home materials. Each class also includes a brief and simple introduction to the opposite sex.

Woman’s Refund Policy:
A refund, minus a $10 administrative fee, will be provided for cancellations made up to 7 working days before the class date.
Requests to transfer registrations to another date due to conflict should be made at least 3 working days before the class date.
Only 1 transfer is allowed per registration.
e-Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds and Transfers will not be issued if:
Cancellations are made less than 7 working days before the class date.
Requests to transfer registrations are made less than 3 working days prior to the class date.
