Quality Care & Safety
At Woman’s we strive to maintain nationally recognized standards of excellence in everything we do. This is evident through the feedback we receive from patients like you and from the certifications, awards, and honors earned by our hospital and clinical specialties.
Hospital Safety Resources
Safe, quality healthcare is important to Woman's. We are able to provide innovative and compassionate care with excellence because we constantly measure and seek to improve our performance. In accordance with national guidelines, we continuously compare our services to similar specialty hospitals to see how well we are performing.
Hospital Compare allows consumers to find hospitals and compare the quality of their care. The site uses quality measures and includes information from the consumer perspective, called Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS).
The Agency for Health Care Research and Quality supports research to improve health care quality. This website contains patient education on many healthcare topics.
The official Medicare website contains an online report that is an easy-to-use review of our performance. It is based primarily on data collected and reported to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaide Services.
We are involved with many of the highest performing healthcare networks in the world. The purpose of these organizations, and our participation in them, is to improve our quality of care through data sharing and collaboration.
