Our Mission, Vision and Values
Our focus is on the singular and unique woman, because each woman has needs that are unique from anyone else. That’s what makes us Woman’s.Woman’s Hospital was the vision of 21 local physicians, who saw value in an institution designed for a single purpose. It took 12 years to bring it to fruition, but when the doors opened on November 18, 1968, nothing would be the same. The hospital raised the bar for women’s healthcare and quickly became a national standard-bearer.
