Health Plan ParticipationWoman's Hospital has contracts with most managed care companies that provide health insurance coverage to residents of Baton Rouge and surrounding communities. The table below lists these companies and the products included in our agreements with them. To the extent possible, our Managed Care Department works with all managed care companies to provide you with access to our hospital's services as an "in-network" provider. Certain services such as outpatient lab, physical therapy and home health may be excluded from coverage when obtained at Woman's Hospital. Often these services must be obtained from a provider which is contracted for that specific service. We urge you to contact your insurance company to verify coverage. As always, all services provided at Woman's Hospital except community education programs and some Fitness Club programs, require a doctor's order.
